Elevate Your Indoor Field Hockey Game
Fast-Paced Fun & Skill Development
Play Field Hockey Year-Round
Indoor field hockey is the perfect way to play year-round and improve a player’s skills. At Stealth, our indoor season runs from December - February/early March; it concludes right before outdoor season begins.
Why Play Indoor Field Hockey?
Indoor Field Hockey is a great opportunity for players to hone individual skills and get creative with ball play. The speed of the game is fast. Over the course of the season, players will:
Improve their ball control and stickwork
Become better strategic players
Continue to develop skills and stay in shape during the offseason.
How is it Different from Outdoor Field Hockey?
Indoor Field Hockey has a smaller playing field, and only six players (including one goalie) as opposed to eleven players (with a goalie) that outdoor field hockey has.
The sidelines are replaced by solid barriers so the ball rebounds and remains in play. It’s fast and fun - the perfect way for players to keep their skills sharp during the offseason.

Stealth Indoor Teams
All players will be placed on a team based off of tryouts.
The cost for the indoor season will be $550-$700; this does not include tournaments or travel.
Equipment
In addition to the standard shin guards and mouth guard, all players are required to have an indoor stick, a Stealth pinnie and Stealth practice shorts. All Stealth clothing items can be purchased from the Stealth Store.
We highly recommend a left-handed glove to help with protection while practicing and playing. You are free to purchase this anywhere you like, however the Stealth Store will have them.
Please note that players should not wear school team clothing at practices.
You can find information about exactly what your player needs on our FAQ page.

Norton SportReady Stealth Team Training for U12/U14 Group
Sessions: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m
Each workout will start out with speed and plyometric training. We are learning proper movement mechanics to help with acceleration, top speed, and change of direction. Following our turf work, we will be targeting strength and injury prevention during the weight room portion. Our workout programs are designed age appropriately and will progress from week to week emphasizing technique, as well as proper movement patterns to help aid in strength development and injury prevention. We will finish our sessions with conditioning and stretching for recovery.
Overall, the program is comprehensive in developing athletic skills needed in order to enhance peak performance on the field.
The athletes will be assessed throughout the month to gauge progress and/or where they may need to tweak the sessions. This will allow each athlete an opportunity to see significant improvement!
These sessions are strongly encouraged, and we believe adding this important piece to your athlete's training will be transformational.
All groups will have designated trainers creating the workouts and facilitating those workouts with our athletes. Norton will be working closely with Stealth coaches for insight and feedback!
